DMCA Policy

If you believe that content on EZWardrobe infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following to be valid under the DMCA:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list is sufficient)
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit EZWardrobe to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the specific product listing or page)
4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, EZWardrobe will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the Merchant or user who posted the content that it has been removed
• Provide the Merchant or user with a copy of the takedown notice (with your personal contact information redacted where possible)

If you believe that content you posted was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, any judicial district in which EZWardrobe may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, EZWardrobe will provide a copy to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

EZWardrobe has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users and Merchants who are repeat infringers of copyright. We define a "repeat infringer" as any user or Merchant who has had content removed in response to two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within any 12-month period.

EZWardrobe reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers at any time without notice, and to take any other action we deem appropriate to deter infringement.

EZWardrobe accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify and protect copyrighted works, as required by Section 512(i) of the DMCA.
