Terms of Service

Welcome to EzWardrobe. By accessing or using our platform — whether as a shopper, a merchant, or a visitor — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use EzWardrobe.

1. About EzWardrobe

EzWardrobe ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") is a multi-brand clothing marketplace operated by EzWardrobe LLC, incorporated in Florida, United States. We connect independent clothing brands ("Merchants") with shoppers ("Customers"). EzWardrobe facilitates transactions between Merchants and Customers but is not the seller of record for any individual product. Each sale is a direct contract between the Customer and the Merchant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, place an order, or apply to become a Merchant. By using EzWardrobe you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you further represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password confidential and secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at support@shopezwardrobe.com if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or its users.

You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans, nor may you sell, transfer, or sublicense access to your account.

4. Purchases, Payment, and Order Process

Pricing: Product prices are set by individual Merchants and displayed in USD. EzWardrobe is not responsible for pricing errors made by Merchants, though we may cancel orders affected by manifest pricing errors.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. EzWardrobe does not store your full card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Order confirmation: An order is created when you complete checkout. You will receive an email confirmation at the address on your account. Orders are subject to Merchant confirmation (see Section 5).

Platform commission: EzWardrobe charges Merchants a commission on each completed transaction. This fee is deducted from the Merchant's payout and is not an additional charge to Customers.

Shipping fees: A flat shipping fee applies to orders below $100.00. Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping is fulfilled by the individual Merchant.

5. Merchant Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Merchant confirmation: After payment is received, the assigned Merchant must confirm or cancel your order. You will receive an email notification when a Merchant confirms your order.

Merchant cancellation: If a Merchant cannot fulfill an order (e.g., out-of-stock, unable to ship), they may cancel their portion of your order. In such cases, a partial refund for the cancelled items will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders from other Merchants in the same cart are not affected.

Customer cancellation window: You may cancel an entire order within one (1) hour of placing it, provided no Merchant has yet confirmed the order. To cancel, visit My Orders in your account. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. After the one-hour window, or once any Merchant has confirmed the order, cancellations are subject to each Merchant's return policy.

Refunds: Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. EzWardrobe cannot accelerate this timeline.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the Merchant. EzWardrobe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our or the Merchant's control.

Risk of loss and title for products transfers to you upon the Merchant handing the package to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@shopezwardrobe.com and we will liaise with the Merchant on your behalf.

EzWardrobe currently ships within the United States. International shipping availability is determined by individual Merchants.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions vary by Merchant. Each product listing displays the applicable return policy set by that Merchant. You are responsible for reviewing the return policy before purchasing.

To initiate a return, log into your account, navigate to My Orders, and submit a return request for the applicable item. Merchants are notified and will respond within their stated timeframe.

EzWardrobe may, at its sole discretion, mediate disputes between Customers and Merchants but is not obligated to issue refunds on behalf of Merchants unless required by applicable law.

8. Merchant Terms

Merchants must apply and receive approval from EzWardrobe before listing products. By becoming a Merchant you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading product information, images, and descriptions
  • Maintain current inventory and promptly update stock status
  • Confirm or cancel orders within a reasonable timeframe after payment
  • Fulfill confirmed orders in a timely manner and upload tracking information
  • Honor the return policy stated in your listings
  • Not list counterfeit, prohibited, hazardous, or infringing products
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and product safety regulations

EzWardrobe may suspend, delist, or permanently remove Merchant accounts and product listings at any time for policy violations, repeated poor performance, or consumer protection concerns. Commission rates and payout schedules are governed by the Merchant Agreement entered into during the application process.

Payouts: Merchant payouts are processed on the schedule agreed during onboarding, net of the platform commission. Payouts are subject to a review period during which we may withhold funds if there are open disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Promo Codes and Discounts

Promo codes issued by EzWardrobe are subject to individual terms displayed at the time of issuance, including expiry dates, minimum order values, and single-use restrictions. Promo codes may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. EzWardrobe reserves the right to void promo codes obtained through unauthorized means.

Bundle deals and product discounts are set by individual Merchants and may be withdrawn at any time. Discounts apply at checkout and are calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping subtotal.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks abuse, or payment fraud
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without written permission
  • Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' use of it
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, logos, design elements, and software are owned by EzWardrobe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By uploading content (product images, descriptions, brand assets) as a Merchant you represent that you hold the rights to that content and grant EzWardrobe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform and in promotional materials for as long as the content remains on the Platform.

Customer-submitted content (reviews, photos) is licensed to EzWardrobe on the same basis. You retain ownership but grant us the right to display and moderate such content.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. EZWARDROBE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product listed on the Platform. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by Merchants and EzWardrobe makes no representations as to their accuracy.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EZWARDROBE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE PLATFORM, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EZWARDROBE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EzWardrobe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Most disputes can be resolved by contacting our support team at support@shopezwardrobe.com. We encourage you to contact us first.

For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you and EzWardrobe agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and EzWardrobe each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality obligations.

This arbitration agreement does not apply to disputes that are required by law to be resolved in a specific court or forum, or to individual claims brought in small claims court.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 15, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address on your account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of EzWardrobe after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account before the effective date.
